Here we go, 2 ,3 ,4

Those of you that are here have probably come either by direct invitation or by word of mouth. Well, welcome. This is me trying my hand at the HNT blog scene. I’ve never tried it before and I’m going to be taking baby steps. I’ll welcome requests, constructive criticism and blatant flattery, but don’t get your hopes up that you’ll be seeing any tanned, sleek, muscled Mr Universes here. It’s just me and my body. The body could do with losing a few kilos, but it ain’t gonna happen. Been trying for years and it’s all I can do to hold this weight.
